In exact sciences (mathematics, engineering, physics, biology), it is generally possible to do your PhD in English, because you will have the opportunity to work and communicate in English with your supervisor and your colleagues. However, in social sciences, it is much more difficult. Check with your thesis supervisor or your PhD school.
